The Millburn Pool broke its activity record from last year with this past weekend’s heat wave.

The pool brought in 609 people on Saturday and 1,202 people on Sunday, making this weekend’s count around 1800. The pool broke its record from last year for most people (1,031 people) by almost 200 people due to the mid-90-degree weather that was on Sunday.

This past weekend was one of the busiest that the pool has experienced so far. The weather for the past few weekends has not been pool-friendly, so it was a nice to be busy for a change.

The Millburn Pool will continue to be open on weekends only from 11-7. Starting on June 20 and running through June 22, the pool will be open from 3-8. Starting on June 23, the pool will be open 7 days a week with its normal hours.
