Seniors Win the Battle of the Classes 2017

The seniors won Friday night’s Battle of the Classes, which also means that they have won two years in a row. The seniors won BOTC last year as juniors.

This year, social studies teacher Ms. Gartenberg played the role of MC for the night as Mrs. Clinton was out on maternity leave and was not able to run the event.
Also new this year were some surprise (unannounced) events like the boot toss. Some past events like the thinking events were known about, but nobody knew that the parts of the event were different.

The freshmen also had a surprisingly strong lead in the beginning but eventually slipped down from their lead. The final score at the end of the night was:

  • 1st Place: Seniors
  • 2nd Place: Juniors
  • 3rd Place: Sophomores
  • 4th Place: Freshmen

Overall, it was a fantastic night, but due to some unpredicted issues with the internet in the gym, Studio 462 was unable to live stream the event. However, it was recorded as if it were a stream and will be uploaded as soon as possible.
